Orders using this shipping method must be placed before Noon for proper shipment.
International Shipping Restrictions
Due to warranty restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all geographical locations. Orders over $200 US will require payment with a signed credit card or by money order prior to shipment. No test strips will be shipped anywhere outside of the US. International customers should call us for the best shipping prices.
Customs charges vary from country to country and your order may be subject to customs charges on entry to your country. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Please contact your local custom authorities for additional information. All international orders will be shipped with customs forms listing the value of the package contents.
Our simple no-risk return policy:
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt in good condition for any reason for a full refund of the sale price. This does not include software. Any defective or damaged item may also be exchanged within 30 days. Please pack any returned products securely so they are received in as good a condition as possible.
Refunds will be sent as a check within two weeks of receiving your return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error. Please enclose a sales receipt, order number, and/or name of the person who purchased this order, and send the package to:
