There aren't many apps specifically for diabetes but you can search their app store for carb and calorie trackers.

You'll find exercise suggestions, first aid handling insulin shock, diabetic coma, medications,nutrition info and more. - Carelogger.com - Users can sign up and use CareLogger free of charge, as a logbook for glucose levels, blood pressure and medication intake. It helps users identify trends in their daily routine and tracks exercise.
- SugarStats.com - SugarStats provides online diabetes management, community support and collaborative sharing to motivate and improve health. Free accounts or $8.29/month accounts available.
- Sweetspot.dm - SweetSpot allows you to upload - or "fetch" - your blood sugar readings from your meter, email, or a cell phone. Once blood sugars are fetched, the information is accessible by anyone with an internet connection. Free 1 month trial available.
- One of the better online record systems can be found at MyHealthChannel. This site lets you download most meters over the web via a PC or with their own modem device linked to your meter. Carbs, insulin, and comments can be entered with graphics available to interpret your data. You physician see your data directly online if you wish. Price: Free.
- Mike Boeselager created his Dia-Log on the web for entering blood sugars, insulin doses, and foods online. Has some nice custom reports. Price: Free.
- DiaTrak's Blood Glucose Manager lets you enter glucose, insulin, and food data manually and get nice graphics back. Price: Free
- Bayer Healthcare offers an Online Logbook with graphics. Price: Free
- Rose Technologies in Bellevue, WA, has an older setup, called the Diabetes HomeCare Center, for those who want to download their meter through a Windows PC. Said to download MediSense Precision XtraTM, Glucometer DEX, Glucometer Elite XL, ONE TOUCH Profile, and ONE TOUCH II. Price: Free
- DiabetEASE is a web-based download program. Said to work with One Touch Basic, One Touch Profile, SureStep, Ultra, Glucometer Dex, Glucometer Elite XL, and FreeStyle meters. Price: Free

- NuMedics founded by Kazi Ahmed has two products: CliniPro for the physician and Diabetes Partner PC for the person with diabetes. Downloads Lifescan, Roche, Medisense, and Bayer meters. Price: $99 for you, several thousand dollars for the physician who wants to be tied in.
- Newholme Software has the Diabeasy Software Tool. It provides a simple, quick and easy way to enter and view data. It also sorts data by response or cause, allowing you to determine which factors effect your blood sugar control. Price: $38.50 for CD Rom or $25.70 for download.
- GlucoControl is a PDA software that helps to control the glucose levels in blood, it replaces the classic diabetes notebook.
- Fitness Assistant is a software program that tracks calories and net carbs (great for diabetics). Free 30-day full featured trial. Priced at $49.95.
