When placing my order, I can't seem to change the quantity from 1 to 2 or another number. How do I get the quantity I want?
Put the number of items you want in the quantity box. Then click the update button on the left. The total price should update to match the quantity you have chosen. You can then proceed to checkout and your quantity should be changed. (Demonstration)

I want to pay with a check. Where do I send it and when should I expect my order?

I put in my credit card information but my order still went through as a check or money order. What can I do to fix this?
If you have already placed the order, you can call us to give us the credit card number and we'll process your order right away. When you place your next order, be sure to choose the first radial button in the "Payment Method" box. Sometimes the check/money order button can is clicked by accident while entering your credit card information.

I saw information on your site about insulin pumps but I can't seem to find them in your store. Where are they?

Why do I have to use UPS or Priority when ordering test strips?
For test strip orders that total more than $50, we require UPS or Priority shipping. Whenever we ship test strips, we want to be sure they are either insured or trackable so they are not sitting in a truck for an extended amount of time and possibly damaged. These options help speed up delivery and avoid lost and/or damaged shipments.
