As for me, its more of doing it for health reasons rather than beautifying myself. And I don't do an elusive plan, its a step by step process for me.Like no soda for this week then cutting back in carbs intake little by little.This way I am not totally depriving myself and things begin to sink-in in me and after 3 to 4 weeks it has become a habit.You're right the thing here is will power coupled with lots of discipline!![]()
