Default how do you get strong will power?

Well friend everyone wants to look good, slim & handsome. And for doing that we choose different techniques. Like exercise or dieting. But what ever we do it?s very important to do it continuously. Many people start dieting and 99% of them give-up within 2 to 4 weeks. The only way to go on a diet is to decide, start and stick to it! And for this you need strong will power. And willpower is something that you can?t buy from market. So how do you get this power?

As for me, its more of doing it for health reasons rather than beautifying myself. And I don't do an elusive plan, its a step by step process for me.Like no soda for this week then cutting back in carbs intake little by little. This way I am not totally depriving myself and things begin to sink-in in me and after 3 to 4 weeks it has become a habit. You're right the thing here is will power coupled with lots of discipline!

You don 't get strong will power, it something you need to posses in order to overcome diabetes. Without it I feel like you cannot live your life the way it deserves to be lived, and that is with confidence and conviction.

Will power? It is more a desire to keep my toes, eyesight, limbs, you know....some of the accessories on this old body. With substitutes for just about anything that will cause a b.g. increase, there is no reason to feel deprived.

,I have been a diabetic type 1 since 1988 and have suffered thru many complications because I did not stick to a diabetic diet. I learned that good food choices are very important when you have diabetes. Insulin has helped me bring my blood sugars to a normal range in a short period of time. I eat protein, small servings of meat, vegetable, and small carb servings. I also drink 2 glasses of water at each meal and have sugar free snacks 3x a day. These are inbetween meals. If your blood sugar is low enough you will never feel hunger. This regimine really works for me.
