    Default I follow a Low-fat, low-GI, low-sodium diet, and I'm worried about my micronutrients.

Strictly getting only 10% of my calories from fat, and not consuming food with a high glycemic index bases most of my meals based in legumes and grains.

I also try to eat at least a fruit every day and many teas.

Do you think there is something lacking in my diet? I'm worried about micronutrients.

Can you suggest improvements? Keeping the three lows in it?
