Diabetic Benefits in Coffee and Tea?
Do you consider coffee drinking to be a vice that you might need to give up in order to maintain optimum health? Maybe the vice is actually a source of improved health and diabetes avoidance? New evidence seems to support the claim.

According to, “Drinking three to four cups of tea and regular or decaffeinated coffee per day was associated with a 5% to 10% lower risk for diabetes, according to a new meta-analysis published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.”

Yeah,a lot of research is under way on this statement but none has been proved to be universally applicable.Actually the Claim they are mentioning here is not applied,Researchers don't ask people to drink or skip coffee for science's sake. Instead, they ask them about their coffee habits.
