hey all of you i just want to tell you something that it not necessary that you can take light food for losing your wait.you just search your daily routine means that you will take daily morning walk without any gap.and just do yoga and please don't go in Jim if you are able to go life time in Jim than you can go otherwise I'll suggest you that please you can't go there because it is not beneficial for you . and than you control your diabetes.
