Access Database

I have been searching all over the place for an access database that I can keep track of my Blood Glucose Levels, pretty much like that log book you get with your meter.

I found one about a week ago but the link was no good.

Would anyone happen to know where I can get one?

Well it doesn't look like anyone has seen one as of late.

I am by no means a programmer for Microsoft Access but I will give it my best to make one and best of all it will be free. I currently have Microsot Access 2007 install on my computer but I will see if I can also write the same database for use with Microsoft Access 2003.

I do however have to aske that I get some imput.

What would you like to have in the access database.

So far what I have is an area for personal information - Last Name, First Name, Address, Phone number, etc... The only fields that are required are Last and First Names.

I do have to inform all of this, it will take me some time but in that time I will put out beta versions for testing.
