My four year old son did not fare too well with the tubing on this pump so we are back to injections. We used it for about two weeks total and it's in great condition...got a minor scrape on one side but you have to look close to see it. Bought in August 2011 but it's been in the drawer for several months in case he changed his mind :)
I have all of the original materials including box, owner's manual and startup dvd.
I also have some of the supplies as well: cartridges and inset 30's.
One Touch Meter Remote and case included, test strips go right into the meter and register with pump...very nice.
