I am searching for the cheapest medtronic minimed 522 insulin pump that I can find. I prefer new but will consider one in great condition. You can email me @ jfulton37@yahho.com or I will try to check this forum for replies. I have never used a pump before but keep getting referrals for one and I feel uncertain if it is something I will want to do long term or not. I just dont know so I dont want to get tons of money wrapped up in it if its not gonna be a lifelong thing for me. If anyone has any suggestions I am very open to feedback on pumps and reccomendations. Thank You so much, Jessica

I have a like new 523 model (revel) insulin pump that was used for 3 months only (during the final months of my pregnancy). It is in excellent like new condition, pink color. Hello,
I see that you are looking for an insulin pump. I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 30 years. Insulin pumps are very good if you are insulin dependent. I have been using pump for almost 8 years, and it is very good in eliminating the ups and downs of sugar levels. the only bad side is that if you don't rotate your site that you have damaged scar tissues and insulin wont absorb as well in those sites. I hope this helps. by the way my pump was upgraded to the revel model and I am looking to sell this one. it is blue and there is nothing wrong with it. Both pumps are almost identical and use the same supplies. I know it is hard to purchase pump on cash, I will sell it to you for 300. I am not looking to make money just to sell it cheap to momeone who really needs it.
