Recently my insurance changed to make Medicare my primary insurance and my state BCBS secondary. Smith Medical can't or won't sell to me directly anymore and I miss their easy hassle free efficient service. I need a vendor that will process both insurances and prefer one that can sell me a new Cozmo pump, supplies and Navigator supplies.
