I was looking thru appendix of Navigator user guide and found these stats which puzzles me. If you set your low alarm setting to go off at at 75 , 59% (130/219) of day alarms will be true readings and 72 % (23/32) of night readings will be true readings. It says 41% (89/219) of day alarms will be missed and 28 % (9/32) of night readings will be missed. It then states 9% (15/161) of days alarms will be false and 37% (14/38) of night alarms will be false.

It seems this suggests you are more likely to get low readings during day, maybe because of being more active then or giving more boluses with food and miscounting carbs. It also suggests you get more true readings at night than day time, less missed alarms, and yet more false alarms at night than day time.
